A Day in the Life
Hi everybody. I turned 2 1/2 this week, and now that I am practically all grown up, I thought I'd share with you a typical day in my life:

Waking Up
Lately I've been sleeping more than 12 hours every night. My teacher thinks it's because I'm undergoing a growth spurt (as if I need it). I sleep so long that often Mommy has already gone to work by the time I wake up. Of course, none of them know how long I really sleep because I usually wake up without a peep and sit on my bed quietly reading a book until Daddy finally checks on me.

And speaking of beds, have I mentioned that I graduated from baby "nursery" to toddler room? Note all the Dora accoutrements!


Breakfast with a Little Help from My Friends
You've all heard of dinner theatre? Well, I prefer breakfast theatre.


Doing the Daycare shuffle
After breakfast, I head to daycare where I get to practise my dance moves with my classmates.


Mommy, Daddy!
Often my babysitter Bunmi fetches me from daycare, but on special occasions I get picked up by both Mommy and Daddy, and I get very excited.


Dash & Yash
After daycare, when the weather is nice, I spend an hour in Dufferin Grove Park, where I often meet up with my friend Yash. It sometimes gets very confusing when our mommies call our names.


A visit from Grandma
On the rare exciting occasion, I get home to find Grandma visiting, and we usually sing a duet together.


Storytime
I hate going to bed, but I love storytime when Mommy and Daddy take turns reading to me from my extensive library until I fall asleep.
